Meet Our Attorneys:

Timothy L. Czekaj, Esq.

Mr. Czekaj, pronounced “Check Eye”, attended college at Eastern Kentucky University. There, he began to develop his never-say-die attitude that carries over into his practice of law when he was faced with the daunting task of walking-on the I-AA Colonel Football team.  Tim was able to earn a contributing role on the team while maintaining Colonel Scholar status which was reserved for athletes who excelled academically.

After hanging up the cleats and graduating from Eastern Kentucky University, Mr. Czekaj decided to pursue law school and attended the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law in Detroit, Michigan.  In law school, Mr. Czekaj clerked for a family law attorney, gaining valuable insight into the ins and outs of all things family law.  He also participated in an externship program where he was able to observe the Honorable Vera Massey-Jones preside over high-profile criminal cases on a daily basis, litigated by some of the best attorneys Detroit had to offer.

Timothy Czekaj considers it an honor and a privilege to be in a position to help people when they need it most. Mr. Czekaj has represented clients over the past eight years at law firms in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, and successfully owned and operated his own law practice, Czekaj Law Office, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2015. Mr. Czekaj’s competencies include family law, divorce, child custody, support, alimony, PFA’s, Children and Youth matters, dependency, bankruptcy, mortgage foreclosures and debt negotiations, tax assessment appeals, landlord/tenant, criminal law, and general civil litigation. Mr. Czekaj has represented clients in over twenty counties throughout Central Pennsylvania, and he currently serves as Solicitor to the Dauphin County Clerk of Courts.

Attorney Czekaj resides in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with his wife and young son.  Away from work, Tim enjoys hunting, fishing, and rooting for the Steelers, Pens, and Buccos.
